This policy explains what information VIVA Digital Center("VIVA", "we") collects through vivadigitalcenter.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it
• the course you are interested in, if you choose one
• the message you write

We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you, answer your questions about our courses and, if you enrol, arrange your training. Enquiries are stored in VIVA's internal management system, which only VIVA staff can access.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and third parties

• This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• The map in the contact section is provided by Google Maps and only loads when you choose "Show map". Google may then set its own cookies.
• WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
